We owe you a huge thank you for joining the Head Impact Trauma and Surveillance Study (HITSS) to make an impact and find answers about brain health. Your participation is important to us, your community, and your family. If you have started the process but not yet completed, please return to theHITSS Portal and complete your HITSS evaluation. Doing so will help find answers about the association between playing contact sports and later-life brain health.
If you have completed your initial visit, we hope you will return to HITSS every 12 months for follow-up assessments. This will help us better understand any changes in your brain health. Don’t worry, we will send you reminder emails when it’s time to come back for your annual follow-up.
